Osteobionics Sdn. Bhd., a leading medical device company, is seeking a driven and experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative orthopaedic products to healthcare professionals.

We are looking for Medical Sales Representatives in the following regions:

1. Subang, Selangor
2. Klang, Selangor
3. Penang
4. East Coast

What you'll be doing

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, such as surgeons, hospitals, and clinics
• Providing product demonstrations and education to showcase the benefits of our medical devices
• Generating sales opportunities and effectively closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments
• Collaborating with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and support promotional initiatives
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Providing feedback and insights to the product development team to enhance our product offerings

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales
• Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of orthopaedic medical devices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences or healthcare
• Willingness to travel to meet with customers
