Your responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for the annual sales target. Develop and implement ethical and operational plans to meet company goals.
  • Measure progress against plans and communicate results to the Medical Sales Manager. Strive for success and positive performance.
  • Typically manage a territory with secondary accounts/hospitals, with an annual IMS contribution of MYR 1 million.
  • Manage internal and external communication.
  • Plan calls on all assigned target audiences at a frequency outlined in the itineraries to ensure effective coverage with minimal cost and time.
  • Follow and undertake all activities as directed by Management.
  • Make professional product presentations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers to gain support for the company's products.
  • Maintain an up-to-date Doctors system, recording prescribing patterns and relevant information for promotional planning.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports, acknowledgment chits, itineraries, and system updates.
  • Identify potential prescribers and develop them into regular supporters of our nutritional products.
  • Keep management informed of competitors' activities and other developments within your territory that may affect sales and promotional strategies.
  • Maintain professional goods and promotional materials in good condition and properly accounted for.
  • Undertake special assignments as directed by Management.
The experience we're looking for
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree, preferably in nutrition/food science or related fields.
  • Good knowledge of medical sales operations, policies, procedures, and healthcare industry, including Reckitt's products.
  • Knowledge of nutritional sciences and nutritional products.
  • Experience in conducting presentations to internal and external customers and training them on products and sciences.
  • Understanding of ROI and profit maximization strategies.
