Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Sales Executive located in Seremban. The Medical Sales Executive will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day sales activities, building relationships with healthcare providers, promoting and selling healthcare products, and meeting sales targets set by the company.

Job Description

  • Represent company to promote and sell medical products to the medical professionals and end users in attaining assigned sale’s goals and objectives as established at the beginning of each fiscal year.
  • Develop and maintain good rapport and positive working relationship with the potential and existing clients by following up with individuals as appropriate.
  • Attend to patients or clients with good product knowledge.
  • Responds to customer/referral inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Delivers and fits equipment, and assures that functional goals established at the evaluation are met.
  • Be very careful and follows all safety procedures as required when attending patients with equipment.
  • Present daily report every end of the day before 9.00pm through Whatsapp group.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly action plans, strategy and report and present it to your immediate superior.
  • Compulsory to attend company meeting and products briefing when called upon.
  • Work closely with related Departments of each hospital that can benefit your goals and performance.
  • Secure and follow up on payments from hospital, pharmacy, or other related entity after each completed task and delivery.
  • Strive hard and work smart to achieve the sales target given. Your sales target will be your Key Performance Indicator to measure your performance and dedication to the Company.
  • Compulsory to participate in the marketing events (CME and Booth Exhibition Event) and be present at booth during conference on weekdays and weekend.
  • Flexible to be called on and outstation to support business related application cases or issues. Depending on the operational requirements of SCSB, you are required to work as per the schedule which may be determined by SCSB from time to time.
  • Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the team & management and perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
