Job Description

To cultivate, promote healthcare services and establish good rapport with customers.

To advise customers on healthcare needs and requirements.

To ensure complete customer satisfaction in terms of good advice, service, and care.

To perform phlebotomy and explain results to customers in a professional manner.

To sell and promote the company's services and products by means of educating, advising, and counselling all levels of clientele.

Receiving and handling blood and/or other biological specimens according to established procedure.

Performs a variety of clinical laboratory tests in the areas of haematology, microbiology, immunology, clinical chemistry, and urinalysis.

Keeps records and reports on results according to established procedures.

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Possess Bachelor Degree in Biochemistry, Biomedical Science or Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognised University.
2. 1-2 years experience in laboratory work gained in a medical laboratory, healthcare centre or hospitals. Fresh graduates can also apply as training is provided.
3. Must be prepared and willing to work overtime.
4. Mature, resourceful, independent, meticulous & able to work under pressure.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and with good command of English (both oral and written).
6. Self-starter, motivated and possess self-initiative.
