Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

- Conduct comprehensive consultations on men's health issues, including sexual health, hormonal imbalances, fertility, and overall wellness.

- Perform detailed assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to identify and address underlying health concerns.

- Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating advanced therapies, lifestyle modifications, and medications to achieve optimal outcomes.

- Administer advanced in-clinic procedures such as Shockwave Therapy, P-Shots, TRT, and other related treatments for men’s health.

- Conduct telehealth consultations for discreet and convenient patient care.

- Provide ongoing patient care through follow-ups, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatments as needed.

- Educate patients with a compassionate, professional approach to build trust and improve understanding of their health and treatment options.

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards.

Brand Awareness & Educational Content Creation:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging educational videos on men's health for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

- Host live sessions in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or localized dialects (e.g., Kelantanese or Sabahan) according to content strategy to engage audiences effectively, normalize men’s health discussions, and build trust.

- Contribute to blogs, FAQs, and other educational content to establish SuamiSihat as the leading authority in men’s health.

Requirements:

- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with a valid APC (Annual Practicing Certificate).

- Specialized training or experience in men's health, endocrinology, urology, or sexual health is highly desirable.

- A minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience; experience with telehealth and advanced men’s health treatments is an advantage.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for a general audience.

- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and local dialects (proficiency in Kelantanese, Sabahan, or others is a bonus).

- Passionate about educating the public on sensitive health topics and normalizing discussions around men's health.

- Ability to be relocated to another branch, location, or state as needed (allowances provided).
