We are seeking an experienced and visionary Medical Director with LCP license to lead our integrated Aesthetic Clinic and Wellness Centre, under the mentorship of Dr Siew Tuck Wah. The ideal candidate will oversee all medical operations, ensure high-quality patient care, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive innovation across aesthetic and wellness services. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on clinical excellence, requiring a blend of medical, operational, and client relationship skills.

Requirements:

  • An LCP License holder
  • Min. 5 years of experience as an aesthetic doctor
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Able to work on weekends
  • Proficient in aesthetic procedures for face, body and hair (e.g., lasers, Botox, fillers)
  • Committed to patient safety and positive treatment outcomes
  • Passionate about longevity and regenerative medicine
  • Passionate about injectables and energy-based devices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Oversight & Patient Care
  • Supervise and ensure safe, evidence-based administration of aesthetic and wellness treatments (e.g., injectables, laser therapies, IV drips, hormone therapies, regenerative and integrative care).
  • Provide direct patient consultations and perform medical procedures as required.
  • Develop and implement standardized clinical protocols and safety measures.
  • Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a multidisciplinary clinical team.
  • Conduct ongoing training and skills enhancement sessions.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, ethics, and continuous improvement.

Strategic Development & Innovation

  • Collaborate with management on clinical service expansion and innovation.
  • Evaluate and introduce new treatments, products, and technologies.
  • Support marketing and branding strategies by contributing clinical expertise.
  • Lead in-clinic event

Industry Representation & Partnerships

  • Attend training programs, conferences, and workshops on behalf of the company.
  • Deliver medical talks, wellness seminars, and educational sessions to corporate clients and external partners.
  • Serve as a clinical ambassador for the clinic in media, industry events, and collaborations.
  • Liaise with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for medical and wellness products, devices, and consumables.
  • Oversee product selection, efficacy review, and supplier relationships.
  • Monitor treatment product quality and ensure regulatory compliance.

Clinical Research & Development

  • Collaborate with Medical Advisor, Dr Siew Tuck Wah, to support clinical research initiatives and innovation.
  • Participate in or lead clinical studies and trials within the scope of aesthetic and wellness medicine.
  • Stay up to date on scientific and clinical developments relevant to clinic services.

Inventory & Resource Management

  • Oversee medical inventory and consumables management to ensure availability and cost-efficiency.
  • Approve procurement decisions and monitor usage patterns to minimize wastage.

Regulatory Compliance & Quality Control

  • Ensure adherence to all medical regulations, licensing standards, and ethical guidelines.
  • Conduct internal audits and quality assessments to maintain excellence in care delivery and documentation.
