Medical Device Sales Executive

MEDICAL DEVICE SALES EXECUTIVE based in Selangor/ Johor/ Penang

Job Description

In line with our expansion programme, we invite high-calibre individuals, keen on developing their full professional potential, to join us in the SALES FIELD (Spine Implant Industry) in West Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the full spectrum of sales activities.
2. Provide excellent service and maintain good relationships with customers.
3. Assist surgeons and scrub nurses in the Operation Theatre.
4. Develop product sales and demos in the assigned territory as defined by the company.
5. Service existing customer accounts, maintain current sales, and establish new accounts through planning and organizing daily work schedules.
6. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
7. Achieve sales targets set by the company. (Product and Sales Training will be provided.)

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Medical Science or equivalent.
2. Good command of the English language.
3. Preferably 1 year of related work experience; experience in Operating Theatre will be an advantage.
4. Willing to work independently and be self-motivated.
5. Possess own transportation with a valid car driving license and willing to travel.
6. Good communication skills and a pleasant personality.
7. Team-oriented with an aggressive and motivated work ethic.
8. Desire to grow with the company.
9. Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.

Selangor/Johor/Penang
