Position Title: Medical Delegate (Penang)

Job Description:

• Promote and sell our CNS products to healthcare professionals, such as specialist physicians, GPs, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare providers in both the public and private sectors.
• Support the product listing process in your territory for both public and private settings.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan, including targeting, classification, and segmentation of customers, to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and grow the territory to its full potential. Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key customers.
• Educate healthcare professionals about our products, features, benefits, and indicated usage.
• Organize and lead speaker presentations to support healthcare professional education about our products.

Salary: RM 4000~5000

Location: Penang

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Life Sciences-related field (e.g., Biology, Pharmacy, Psychology) is highly preferred.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially with hospital experience, is highly preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in interpreting sales data and market trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex medical information clearly.
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
