Job summary

A leading insurance company in Malaysia is seeking a Claims Officer responsible for ensuring that all legitimate claims are settled promptly and fairly. The ideal candidate will hold a degree or diploma, preferably in Insurance or a related discipline, and possess good communication and teamwork skills. Experience in the field is preferable. • Report adverse trends identified to Business Managers / Functional Manager.
• Ensure fraudulent claims are investigated thoroughly and relevant action taken.
