Job description

  • Provide clinical care to dialysis patients.
  • Ensure optimal patient outcomes by following the clinical process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation, in accordance with local and international standards.
  • Adhere to and promote infection control policies by setting a positive example and ensuring team compliance.
  • Monitor stock levels of consumables and medications in the unit, ensuring timely reordering to prevent operational disruptions.
  • Manage clinical and medical supplies by tracking inventory, anticipating needs, placing and expediting orders, verifying deliveries, and optimizing resource use.
  • Provide ongoing health assessments and education to monitor patients’ progress and ensure they achieve desired outcomes.
  • Responsible to report and assist in the investigation of any incident within the workplace including sharp injury, near hit and property damage.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, in line with management decisions and operational needs.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Medical Assistance.
  • Must be registered with the Malaysian Medical Assistant Board/ Nursing Board.
  • Exceptional patient service abilities.
  • Certified in CPR.
  • Proficient in computer usage, including Microsoft Office applications, and adaptable to new software.
  • Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Takes full ownership of delivering high-quality work.
  • Compassionate and empathetic in patient care.
  • Strong conflict resolution and critical thinking skills.
  • Highly committed and physically fit to manage demanding work schedules.
