Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as Medical Assistant; licensed with Lembaga Pembantu Perubatan Malaysia.
• Post Basic qualification in related field preferred.
• Bachelor of Nursing/Medical Assistant qualification recognized.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional nursing care to patients.
• Direct supervision and coordination of unit/ward activities per policies.
• Inform Unit Manager of incidents or reportable situations needing nursing input.

JOB DESCRIPTION MAIN RESPOSIBILITIES

Performing professional nursing care to patient. Direct supervision and co-ordination of the activities in the allocated unit / ward, in line with the Policies and Procedures of Nursing Services. Responsible to keep Unit Manager informed of any incidents or reportable situations that need nursing administrative involvement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Qualification Required: Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Medical Assistant
• Preferred Post Basic qualification in related field.
• Bachelor of Nursing/ Medical Assistant
• Experience Required: Minimum Registered with Lembaga Pembantu Perubatan Malaysia with a valid license to practice as a Medical Assistant Medical Assistant with 1 year experience
• Able to write and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English Language Preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Caring, honest and responsible worker.
• Willingness to work on scheduled hours, shift, and weekends, public holidays, on-call and anytime when called during emergency.
• Microsoft office literacy
