Job Description

  • Greet patients upon arrival and provide a welcoming environment.
  • Document patient care and services in their medical records.
  • Take and document patient vitals, such as blood pressure, height and weight, heart rate, and perform routine nursing tasks to get a patient ready for a physician consultation.
  • Organize patient documents and manage form intake, including consents and billing forms.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Contact patients with appointment reminders and manage schedule changes.
  • Prepare the patient rooms for examination based on provider preferences and the purpose of the visit.
  • Restock supplies, maintain clean work areas, and manage room changeover throughout the day.
  • Use clinical equipment as requested, within the policy guidelines.
  • Monitor equipment and perform quality checks to ensure that all equipment performs as needed during operating hours.
  • Assist in any emergency care if needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to the staff and patients throughout the day.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any related field.
  • Previous job experience in healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
  • Mature with pleasant personality, tactful and has good interpersonal skills.
  • High level of initiative & able to work independently.
  • Possess a positive and can-do attitude.
