About the role

The Alpha Clinic, a leading provider of natural and alternative medicine therapies, is seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position is an integral part of our operations, supporting our patients and ensuring the smooth running of our clinic.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming patients to the clinic, providing a friendly and professional service
• Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, managing the clinic's booking system
• Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are clean, organised and well-stocked
• Assisting practitioners with patient consultations and treatments as needed
• Maintaining accurate patient records and medical documentation
• Handling administrative tasks such as invoicing, inventory management and ordering supplies
• Providing exceptional customer service and acting as the first point of contact for patients

What we\'re looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare administration role
• Must have experience in being a clinic assistant or medical assistant
• Have a degree, diploma or certificate in nursing will be additional bonus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a warm and empathetic manner
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Basic understanding of natural and alternative medicine therapies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with medical software and databases
• A friendly, professional and reliable attitude, with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality patient care
