About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team at Twin Towers Medical Centre KLCC Sdn Bhd in Kerteh, Terengganu. As a full-time Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare professionals in providing exceptional patient care.

What you'll be doing

Assisting healthcare professionals with various medical procedures and examinations

Preparing examination rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available

Collecting and documenting patient medical histories, vital signs, and other relevant information

Administering treatments and medications as directed by healthcare professionals

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and files

Coordinating with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care

Providing excellent customer service and addressing patient inquiries and concerns

What we're looking for

Registered with the Board of Malaysian Medical Assistants.

Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in an Accident & Emergency department.

Having a valid Annual Practicing Certificate, Basic Life Support & AMRO certificate.

Ability to work on shifts/ perform on-call.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, healthcare providers, and other team members

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in medical terminology, patient charting, and the use of medical equipment

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team

Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and following healthcare regulations and protocols

Preference given to those who wish to work in Kerteh, Terengganu,
