We are seeking a Medical Advisor for Claims and Medical Case Management in the SEA region.

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Review insured’s medical condition and approve the placement of a Letter of Guarantee to assist with hospitalization.
  • Review complex medical claims for reasonable and customary treatment and charges.
  • Case-manage insured’s medical treatment to ensure access to suitable continued medical care.
  • Manage the Medical department’s team to provide medical review for claims received.
  • Handle sensitive files in liaison with clients, insurers, and medical teams in other centers.
  • Provide medical knowledge training to claims staff.
  • Participate in or lead business optimization projects within the department, including procedure improvement, development of tools, and organizational modifications, in collaboration with the IT department.
  • Coordinate medical activities with counterparts in Paris, Tunis, Dubai, Calgary, and Shanghai.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree in Medicine with at least 3 years of hospital setting experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
