We are in search of a Medical Advisor for Claims and Medical Case Management in the SEA region.
The Medical Advisor will be responsible for:
reviewing the insured's medical condition and confirming approval for the placement of a Letter of Guarantee to assist with the insured's hospitalisation
reviewing complex medical claims for reasonable and customary treatment and charges
case-managing the insured's medical treatment to ensure access to suitable continued medical care
managing the Medical department's team to provide medical review for claims received
ensuring the handling of particularly sensitive files in liaison with clients, insurers and medical teams in other centres
providing appropriate medical knowledge training to claims staff
participating in or leading business optimisation projects within the department (improvement and standardisation of procedures, development of tools, changes to organisation), including with the IT department
coordinating the Medical activity with counterparts in other management centres in Paris, Tunis, Dubai, Calgary and Shanghai
We seek talents with:
a Degree in Medicine with at least 3 years' experience in a hospital setting
advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (a must)
