In this role, you will be responsible for overall media strategy (paid + O/E) and operations for designated Brands across SEA4 based on SEA4 brand plans. You will plan, execute and manage full-funnel media omnichannel campaigns across the various local platforms and other emerging channels. You will drive high-quality traffic to the brand’s channels, increasing conversions, and optimizing ad spend to meet the brand’s business objectives. Reporting to the Media Lead, you will monitor media investments and associated performance for brands and maximize ROI.Responsibilities- Planning and Execution of Brand Paid Media Campaigns:
- Design annual media strategy with monthly KPI breakdowns
- Develop and execute comprehensive full-funnel media strategies, including paid media, O&E media set annual KPIs and provide audience targeting recommendations
- Create, revise and approve full-funnel media briefs while leading monthly meetings with agencies to align on media plans
- Localize the SEA4 media plan (where to play, calendar…), including adaptation of assets if needed for each of the 4 markets
- Localize agency brief and brief local agency in collaboration with Brand 360 marketing. Monitor plans created by the agency
- Localize influencer activation and selection guidelines
- Provide localization request of assets to SEA4 DCM content team
- Manage paid media agency on day-to-day campaign execution, with regular updates and interactions with Brand 360 marketing
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on key KPIs aligned with the Brands (OKRs) to reach brand’s objectives and maximize ROI
- Coordinate with in-market team influencer seeding
- Campaign Budget Optimization:
- Define media budget needs and optimal media mix to reach goals (always on and campaigns)
- Drive monthly review of A&P budget and proposes reallocation when necessary
- Proactively report to brand / DP team changes in the A&P spending that might impact demand and forecast
- Optimization & Performance
- Contribute to Growth marketing execution, including: a) In flight optimization during campaigns and b) Ability to reassess media allocation if not reaching targets (in coordination in brands)
- Identify trends to amplify, work with brands and DCM team to activate trends amplification
- Benchmark best Media practices and spot potential tactical levers amongst competitors and partners
- Corporate Paid Media Scope:
- Support growth marketing lead in localization of local paid media framework and guidelines, based on regional framework
- Support growth marketing lead in agency management (incl. negotiations, QBRs; regular meetings setup and follow through)
- Consolidate paid media spend and calendar, driving media spend optimization across brands and across the year
- Support implementation and proper utilization of common Media KPIs tracking and common media briefing template
- Contribute to MarTech tools adoption and execution
Requirements- Experience in media strategy, execution and optimization in agency or in-house environment
- Proficiency in media tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Proven experience managing budgets and working collaboratively with agencies, media platforms and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of UTM tracking and audience segmentation (LALs, CDP)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Detail oriented with strong sense of work prioritization, a fast learner
