Job description

Media Designer (Videography, Graphic Design, Content Writer, Social Media)

Design and produce visuals and high-quality video content for digital and print platforms (e.g., social media, website, advertisements, digital screens, brochures, presentations).

Plan, shoot, and edit videos capturing school events, activities, and promotional content.

Support in creating school marketing materials including brochures, posters, advertisements etc.

Assist the Senior Media Designer and collaborate with the Communications and Marketing team to develop creative concepts and multimedia assets.

Uphold and contribute to the school’s brand identity and visual guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation and Writing: Write, edit, and proofread copy on school news and announcements, promote the school, and highlight school activities, events, and student/faculty achievements to reflect the school\'s value and success.
• Digital Strategy and Social Media Management: Develop and implement content and social media plans, manage all social media platforms, create engaging posts, monitor trends, and analyze performance to promote the school and drive community engagement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design software and digital media tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), CapCut and Canva.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in video production, including filming and editing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design and photography.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail and excellent time management.

Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, animation, or advanced photography.
