Job Responsibility

Mechanisation project management.

• To assist LM in monitoring, data collection, execution, report preparation of any mechanisation projects from start to completion.
  
  

Design And Implementation Of Mechanization Systems

• Develop, design, and implement mechanization systems for processes and operations.
• Ensure that the systems comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
  
  

Process Optimization

• Analyse and optimize existing mechanized systems to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and increase productivity.
• Work on enhancing processes through automation or new mechanization technologies.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
• Supervise or manage the maintenance of mechanization equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Oversee regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of machinery.
  
  

Project Management

• Manage projects related to mechanization, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet performance specifications.
  
  

Research And Development (R&D)

• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in mechanization.
• Conduct research to develop innovative solutions or improve existing mechanization systems.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate new technologies into operations.
  
  

Budget And Cost Control

• Assist in preparation and managing budgets for mechanization projects.
• Ensure that project costs stay within budget, optimizing resource use without compromising quality.
  
  

Safety And Compliance

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations concerning mechanization equipment and systems.
• Promote a culture of safety within the team and organization.
  
  

Reporting And Documentation

• Prepare and maintain reports related to machinery performance, maintenance schedules, and project progress.
• Document design specifications, operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• To assist LM on workshop management. (projects, machinery, tools, fitters etc.) and other matters related to CAT workshop.
