Job Title: MechanicalProfessional Engineer Supervisor

Type: Contract (Renewable)

Location: Noida & Sohna, India

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the local compliance review of HVAC professional drawings and construction techniques;

2. Prepare the HVAC professional construction plan, conduct technical briefings, and manage on-site quality control;

3. Proficiently use CAD to draw changes and modifications, and complete the final drawings;

4. Review the monthly completed engineering volume by subcontractors;

5. Calculate the drawings and materials, and submit the procurement plan;

6. Conduct material inspection upon entry, and submit the relevant documents for approval;

7. Manage the subcontracting teams and coordinate the construction work areas;

8. Conduct construction quality inspections, and implement timely process control;

9. Solve technical problems during construction;

10. Report major issues in the HVAC professional field promptly, and lead in their resolution.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in engineering or management-related fields;

2. Proficient in both Mandarin and English, with over 8 years of on-site management experience;

3. Experienced in HVAC project management or project design;

4. Relevant certificates are preferred;

5. Willing to travel to India for business.
