Job summary

MLM Packaging Sdn. Bhd is offering a hands-on Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering internship for Jan–Apr 2027 in Selangor, Malaysia. You'll support daily production monitoring, machine setup, maintenance, and document processes while contributing to lean improvements.

You will learn real-world manufacturing, production planning, machine operations, and lean principles in a factory environment. The role includes a RM800 monthly allowance (RM700 with shared lodging) and potential for a full-time

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Willing to work in a factory environment.
• Good attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily production monitoring and reporting.
• Support machine setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Document manufacturing processes and cycle time.
• Identify inefficiencies and support improvements (5S, lean).
• Assist in quality checks and defect tracking.

About the Role

Hands-on internship in factory operations, production processes, and continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities
