Job Description
  • Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment efficiency and reliability.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, engineers, and support staff.
  • Oversee the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems specific to processing and production.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and safety teams to ensure seamless operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance budget, and procurement of maintenance supplies and services.
  • Coordinate and supervise shutdowns, major repairs, and capital projects.
  • Monitor KPIs such as equipment uptime, MTTR, MTBF, and maintenance cost per ton.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and best practices.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective action processes for equipment failures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives including Lean, TPM, and reliability-centered maintenance.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance preferably within heavy manufacturing industries with experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of heavy manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in using engineering design and analysis software.
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations within the industry.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
