Job summary

IME Trading seeks an engineering intern to assist in our Rapid Prototyping workshop in Subang Jaya. You will help with pre-processing, printing, post-processing of 3D prints and basic printer troubleshooting. You will also explore new applications to improve manufacturability of our products and support marketing events.

The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering with strong communication and presentation skills, and candidates who can start immediately are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Solidworks knowledge would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Preferable immediate start availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the Rapid Prototyping workshop (pre-processing, printing, post-processing; basic printer troubleshooting).
• Support new applications to identify manufacturability solutions for our products.
• Assist in marketing events, trade shows, workshops and webinars; help design and produce displays.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
