Job summary

Hotayi Electronic (M) Sdn Bhd (Hotayi Group) in Batu Kawan is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to oversee new and existing equipment setup and drive process improvements on the production line.

The role involves supervising technicians, supporting the Section Manager with attendance and overtime, and providing corrective and preventive action on technical issues, with opportunities to work on NPI and build control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work in Batu Kawan.

Responsibilities

• Responsible on new or existing equipment setup.
• Coordinate with team member or related department for any new projects or improvement plans.
• To supervise technicians to improve quality and establish for high productivity.
• To assist Section Manager in the daily task such as ensure attendance, arranging for OT and motivate the ME personal.
• To provide corrective and preventive action on related technical problem.
• To troubleshoot and resolve machine breakdown.
• To resolve any machine issues that is affecting production line efficiency.
• Support process engineer with NPI and control build.
• Undertake other task assigned by the superior.
