Company Background:

Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and implement ECNs and EOCs to update and maintain design documentation.
Create, revise, and interpret technical drawings using CAD software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute design changes and ensure manufacturability.
Maintain accurate and current documentation of product specifications, BOMs, and drawings.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for design-related issues.
Support prototype builds, testing, and validation of mechanical systems and components.
Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Participate in design reviews, FMEAs, and other engineering activities.
Contribute to process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a mechanical engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing or product development environment.
Strong knowledge of ECN/EOC processes and change management tools.
Proficiency in technical drawing standards (e.g., GD&T) and CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD).
- Experience in EMS industry will be highly preferable.
Solid understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical design principles.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written) is required for business communication.
