A leading Mechanical & Electrical Consultancy in Malaysia is seeking an M&E Consultant. The ideal candidate will assist in project planning, manage contracts, and liaise with various stakeholders. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related working experience in M&E consultancy.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist and report to Project Team Leader :
• In performing preliminary planning, preparation of Design concepts and cost estimation.
• Liaise with external parties (authority, client, contractor) with regards to project submission and approval.
• Technical interfacing.
• In contract administration.
• Prepare and manage M&E contract, tender process, preparing relevant documents, drawings, specifications, calculation and others.
• Monitor and manage timely implementation of all project phases.
• Attend all necessary project meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning
• Generate ideas or lead teams that drive continual improvement in processes and performance within the Department.
• Perform other duties as and when required by the management.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / any Engineering field or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years related working experience (M&E Consultant) is required for this position..
• Good command of language; both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Motivated, willing to learn, hardworking, result-oriented and a team player.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willing to travel when needed.
