Job description

The Opportunity

• Design of mechanical systems including air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, fire protection services and sanitary systems in building services.
• Performing engineering calculations for eg heat load/E20 calculations, hydraulics, etc.
• Contribute to the design delivery of projects in the building services arena.
• Play an active role contributing to technical excellence in our Mechanical Practice.
• Opportunities to develop further in your engineering design and technical knowledge capabilities.
• Think and work globally in partnership with regional and international teams across MM.
• Be an advocate of sustainable and smart buildings design.
• In addition, you will get the opportunity to participate in business development activities, and financial management. About you

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering/building services industry in an engineering consulting firm/design experience is advantageous. Candidates with more years of experience may be considered for a more senior-level position within the team.
• Working towards professional or chartered engineering status.
• Understanding of local regulatory and building code requirements.
• Motivated and enthusiastic with a growth mindset.
