Job summary

UEM Edgenta Berhad is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to perform reliability centred maintenance and sustainability tasks across hospital facilities in Malaysia. You will handle preventive maintenance, data entry into the ASIS system, and coordinate with vendors for service works and commissioning activities.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree and 1–3 years of experience, with fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and BEM registration are required.
• 1–3 years of related work experience are required.
• Candidates with hospital support services experience are preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance per Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) and Sustainability Program.
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance and log data in ASIS."
• Manage service orders and vendor progress; verify invoices for payment.
• Assist testing and commissioning and asset/project registrations as needed.
• Provide technical feedback and monitor vendor work with supervision.
• Maintain housekeeping of plant rooms, workshops and equipment for safety.
