Qualifications

• Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en tant qu'ingénieur mécanique dans la maintenance.
• Connaissance des principes de la machine, y compris des machines hydrauliques.
• Connaissance des normes ISO (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) est un atout.

Responsibilities

• Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d'entretien efficaces.
• Superviser les activités de maintenance quotidiennes et guider les techniciens.
• Répondre aux pannes machines et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, schedules, and resource planning (manpower, tools, and parts) to ensure minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) records, checklists, and reporting systems to support reliability and compliance.
• Lead and monitor maintenance-related projects, ensuring timely execution according to scope, budget, and safety standards.
• Supervise daily maintenance activities, guide technicians, and ensure the team is equipped with necessary technical skills and follows best maintenance practices.
• Oversee and respond to daily machine breakdowns, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions; take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum with a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in maintenance as mechanical engineer
• Strong technical knowledge, analytical & problem-solving skills
• Understanding machinery principles e.g., Hydraulic machines, Ball mills, agitators, pumps, etc.
• Hands-on and able to lead by example
• Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is an added advantage.
