Job description

Responsible for setting up CNC machines and ensuring the fabrication process runs smoothly.

Ensure that manufacturing processes and products meet company and customer quality requirements.

Collaborate with the production team on FAI products to meet customer requirements.

Conduct manufacturing changes and tooling modifications to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Record and prepare FAI reports and new tooling reports to meet company and customer requirements.

Review and analyze product designs and perform scanning.

Support the maintenance of periodic tool and equipment calibration monitoring and practices.

Ensure machine and equipment maintenance is performed and recorded according to schedule.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or relevant Engineering.

Proven work experience in production or mechanical engineering within the manufacturing industry.

Excellent technical skills in manufacturing.

Knowledge of ISO9001 standards is preferable.

Working knowledge of CAD/CAM software.

Analytical thinker with strong interpersonal skills.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
