• Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and tooling.
• Perform root cause analysis and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and QA teams to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare engineering reports, drawings, and documentation.
• Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Experience in CNC, machining, or precision parts manufacturing is an advantage.

Programmer (CNC / Software / Automation)

• Responsibilities:
• Generate CNC programming for milling.

• Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Mechatronics, or Engineering.
• Experience with Mastercam, AutoCAD, or relevant software preferred.

Drafter (CAD / CAM / Technical Drawing)

• Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed technical drawings for fabrication based on engineering specs.
• Convert sketches and 3D models into precise 2D drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Requirements:
• Certificate/Diploma in Drafting, CAD/CAM, or Engineering Design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software.
• Detail-oriented with good technical communication skills.
