Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Maintenance Manager to develop maintenance plans, including resources, system, strategy and timeline
  • Manage spare part inventory level, especially for critical spare parts
  • Establish and maintain records for Preventive Maintenance Program
  • Execute and monitor projects plan according to timeline
  • Carry out supervision to maintenance staff in their day to day activities
  • Attend any production equipment breakdown when required
  • Ensure maintenance staff acquires technical skills so that the maintenance jobs are carried out according to the best practice standard
  • Ensure all safety regulations are adhered to by all maintenance staff at all times
  • Other task assigned by management from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in manufacturing industry
  • Strong technical knowledge, analytical & problem-solving skill
  • Hands-on and able to lead by example
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good computer skills and MS office applications
  • Preferable candidate who can start immediately
