Job Responsibilities
- Assist Maintenance Manager to develop maintenance plans, including resources, system, strategy and timeline
- Manage spare part inventory level, especially for critical spare parts
- Establish and maintain records for Preventive Maintenance Program
- Execute and monitor projects plan according to timeline
- Carry out supervision to maintenance staff in their day to day activities
- Attend any production equipment breakdown when required
- Ensure maintenance staff acquires technical skills so that the maintenance jobs are carried out according to the best practice standard
- Ensure all safety regulations are adhered to by all maintenance staff at all times
- Other task assigned by management from time to time
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in manufacturing industry
- Strong technical knowledge, analytical & problem-solving skill
- Hands-on and able to lead by example
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills and MS office applications
- Preferable candidate who can start immediately
