Key Responsibilities:

· Design and develop mechanical parts for electronic devices (e.g., enclosures, mounts, internal structures)

· Create and review 3D models, 2D drawings, and BOMs using CAD software

· Evaluate materials and manufacturing methods (e.g., injection molding, stamping, CNC)

· Collaborate with suppliers on tooling, DFM/DFT, and prototyping

· Conduct tolerance analysis and product testing to ensure reliability and quality

· Support NPI and product improvement projects

· Troubleshoot mechanical issues in production and field returns
