Design and oversee the installation of mechanical & electrical systems for building projects.

Conduct technical analysis to ensure M&E designs meet regulatory and safety standards.

Liaise with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure quality execution of M&E works.

Perform site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

· Review RFI (Request for Information) issued by IOW to clarify construction drawings and resolve all issues related to M&E design and other trades.

· Prepare the internal progress report for the status of drawings, material approval and work method statement.

· Identify and implement energy-efficient solutions to enhance project sustainability.

Coordinate with architects and civil engineers to integrate M&E requirements into building designs.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing systems.

Ensure all health & safety regulations are met in M&E works.

· To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or related field.

10 years of experience in M&E engineering within the construction/property development industry.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, BIM, and other relevant software.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.

Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE), LEED AP, or similar will be an advantage.
