What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform engineering calculations and develop mechanical and electrical system designs from concept through to completion
• Ensure all designs comply with Malaysian standards, local authority guidelines, and client specifications
• Prepare tender documents, manage the bidding process, and provide accurate cost estimates (particularly for electrical works)
• Collaborate closely with architecture, civil, and structural teams to ensure seamless integration
• Engage directly with clients and project stakeholders to support smooth delivery and clear communication
• Incorporate safety, sustainability, and energy-efficient principles into every MEP design
• Attend site meetings and provide technical support to ensure construction aligns with design intent

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 3–5 years of relevant MEP design consultancy experience (preferably in Malaysia)
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD)
• Strong knowledge of local Malaysian codes and standards
• Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to coordinate, lead, and problem-solve
