Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support mechanical system design and product development for testing automation equipment
• Coordinate project planning, timelines, and resource allocation
• Perform cost analysis and ensure quality compliance with engineering standards
• Communicate with customers to gather technical requirements and resolve issues on-site
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and documentation standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design & Automation, or a related field
• Junior Level: Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of experience
• Intermediate Level: 2–3 years in automation or 3C testing industry
• Senior Level: 5+ years, capable of leading projects from concept to completion
• Proficient in CAD and SolidWorks; experience with ANSYS or simulation tools is a plus
• Strong understanding of tolerance analysis and non-standard automation equipment
• Able to read and write English fluently; Mandarin proficiency preferred
• Malaysian candidates preferred; must be willing to travel for short-term assignments
