• Experienced in providing supervision and guidance to new team members and contractors, fostering knowledge transfer, safe work practices, and adherence to company policies.
• Strong commitment to ensuring the integrity, reliability, and safety of plant operations, with the ability to identify potential risks, implement preventive measures, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiar with relevant work processes, industry codes, and management systems, ensuring compliance with company rules, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
