Qualifications

Bachelor degree in chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering or equivalent.
Min 5 years in hydrocarbon measurement and metering, preferably upstream oil & gas.
Knowledge of API COPM, GPA, AGA, ASTM standards and regulatory requirements.
Know-how in dynamic and static custody transfer measurement methods.
Experience with sampling, production accounting, and allocation methods.
Proficient in data cleaning and analysis (SQL, Python, PowerQuery, Databricks).
Familiar with data visualization tools (Spotfire, Tableau, PowerBI).
