A leading company in telecommunications seeks Retail Advisors to assist customers and promote products across multiple locations in Kuala Lumpur. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and have experience in sales or customer service. This contract position offers a monthly salary between RM 1,800 and RM 2,500, along with performance-based incentives and allowances.
Employment Duration: Contract (Renewable Based on Performance)
Working Days: 5 days per week (rotational including weekends and PH)

Job Responsibilities:
Assist walk-in customers, present, and promote Maxis products and services to existing and prospective customers.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Responsible for generating leads to acquire new customers.
Actively involved in roadshows, events, and any promotional activities arranged and set by the company.
Achieve agreed-upon sales target and outcome within the schedule.
Job Requirements:
SPM/Diploma/Degree.
Minimum of 1 year of working experience in sales/telesales/customer service, with a good sales record.
Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Melayu.
Customer-oriented, sales-driven, and presentable.
Degree Fresh Graduates who are keen to be in the sales and customer service line are encouraged to apply.
Must be fully vaccinated.
