Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons for both Primary and Secondary Mathematics, aligned with our international curriculum.
Prepare students for Competitive Mathematics.
Employ a variety of differentiated instructional strategies to meet the needs of all learners and students with diverse learning styles.
Integrate educational technology seamlessly to enhance creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking.
Administer and analyse a range of formative and summative assessments to track student progress.
Provide timely, specific, and actionable feedback to students and maintain comprehensive records of achievement, progress, and attendance.
Classroom & Community:
Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment.
Establish clear expectations and routines to support positive behaviour.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary units and school-wide initiatives.
Participate fully in the school community, including staff meetings, professional development workshops, parent-teacher conferences, and school events.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics related subject.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting.
Native or near-native fluency in English (both written and spoken). For language subject roles, equivalent fluency in the relevant target language (e.g. Chinese, Bahasa Melayu) is required.
