The role focuses on creating an inclusive classroom, tracking progress, and preparing students for internal assessments, Cambridge Checkpoint, and IGCSE exams, while fostering independent learning and critical thinking.
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the Cambridge Lower and Upper Secondary, IGCSE, and Mathematics and Additional Mathematics syllabuses.
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports learning and personal development.
Use a range of appropriate teaching methods and resources to cater to students' diverse learning styles and abilities.
Set, mark, and assess work, providing constructive feedback to students.
Prepare students for internal assessments, Cambridge Checkpoint, and IGCSE Level examinations.
Encourage independent learning, reading, and critical appreciation of literature.
Ensure lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessments align with the Cambridge syllabus requirements.
Track and report on student progress regularly.
Develop appropriate assessment tools and prepare reports for parents and school management.
Participate in curriculum development and school improvement initiatives.
Support students' academic, personal, and social development.
Communicate effectively with parents on students' progress and well-being.
Contribute to student mentoring and counselling when necessary.
Engage in continuous professional learning and attend training programs, workshops, and Cambridge curriculum updates.
Collaborate with colleagues in sharing best practices and improving teaching standards.
To adhere to all rules and instructions issued periodically by the school administration and academic team
Actively participate in school events, activities, and enrichment programs.
Lead or assist in extra-curricular clubs, debate teams, or language-focused activities.
Organize and participate in ECA / CCA activities.

Contribute to building the students' Islamic personality through the curriculum.
