Curriculum & Assessment:

• Ensure lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessments align with the Cambridge syllabus requirements.

• Track and report on student progress regularly.

• Develop appropriate assessment tools and prepare reports for parents and school management.

• Participate in curriculum development and school improvement initiatives.
  

Pastoral Care:

• Support students' academic, personal, and social development.

• Communicate effectively with parents on students' progress and well-being.

Professional Development:

Co-curricular Activities:

• Actively participate in school events, activities, and enrichment programs.

• Lead or assist in extra-curricular clubs, debate teams, or language-focused activities.

• Organize and participate in ECA / CCA activities.

Islamic Character Development:

• Contribute to building the students' Islamic personality through the curriculum.

• Contribute to building the students' Islamic personality during non-teaching time such as prayer, during break, etc.

• Remind students of Islamic values during conflicts.

• Integrate Islamic Values in teaching, especially literature units.
