Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified healthcare assistants are preferred.
• Hospital experience is advantageous.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on scheduled hours, shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Carry out basic nursing care and assist with daily patient needs.
• Conduct regular nursing rounds and communicate with patients and families.
• Disinfect beds, furniture and equipment after use.
• Maintain ward cleanliness and stock levels.
• Assist in transporting patients and accompanying to procedures.
• Record daily ward charges and update patient accounts.
• Attend service meetings and adhere to hospital policies.
