We are seeking to hire a Maternity Cover - Finance Executive (Account Receivable) to commence by September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Billing

• To confirm the information on the offer letter before issuing the invoice.
• Issuing termly and billing for various programs
• Process billing adjustments, including Staff salary deductions, Prorated charges, ODR (Other Designated Receipts) payments, Refunds
• Apply promotional discount, approved discounts such as sibling or corporate entitlements, and ensuring correct documentation and approval.
• Monitor on the termly, monthly discount to be provided/credited.
• Support all Accounts Receivable (AR) related tasks.
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation for audit and reference purposes.

2. E-Invoicing process

• To generate e-invoicing for B2B in timely manner.

3. Deposit Management

• Assist in processing deposit refunds, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the company’s standard operating procedures.

4. Staff salary deduction / monthly payment on tuition fee

• Prepare payment plan for staff to pay their child tuition fee.
• Ensure staff sign the salary deduction consent form to be provided to HR.
• Posted receipt for staff monthly salary deduction on tuition fee.

5. Daily Collection & Payment Follow-Up

• Assist in daily fee collections through email communication or direct interactions with walk-in parents.
• Follow up on outstanding payments via calls and emails.
• Issue formal reminder and suspension letters in accordance with company procedures for overdue accounts.

6. Customer Service & Communication

• Handle and respond to parent queries professionally via phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries.
• Provide clear and accurate information on billing matters, payment status, and company policies.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure parent satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

7. Other Duties

• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the immediate superior or management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth billing and payment processes.

Communication, marketing, and PR

• To ensure professional and effective communication and consultation, as appropriate, between colleagues, parents and students at Asia Pacific Schools.
• Publicise and celebrate achievements.
• Assist with the organisation of open evenings, consultation events and other events relating to the school.
• To contribute to marketing activities for Asia Pacific Schools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
