1. Production / Material Control Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules based on sales orders and forecasts.
- Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate urgent orders or changes in demand.
- Track daily production status and coordinate with teams to resolve bottlenecks or delays.
- Submit regular production reports and highlight potential risk areas.
- Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Inventory teams to align production with supply chain capabilities.
- Analyze production data to optimize equipment utilization, manpower, and resource allocation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in production planning or control.
- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
2. Procurement Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with production planners to understand material requirements and create procurement plans.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best terms and quality.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance, delivery timelines, and compliance with specifications.
- Track delivery schedules and coordinate with relevant departments to meet production needs.
- Maintain procurement records and update supplier databases.
- Analyze market trends and cost factors to optimize purchasing strategies.
- Work closely with warehouse and inventory teams to avoid shortages or excess.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing.
- Familiar with ERP systems and procurement processes.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
3. Warehouse Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain safety stock levels.
- Track material usage and report discrepancies.
- Organize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.
- Use ERP systems to update stock levels, generate inventory reports, and support audits.
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Analyze stock turnover rates and propose inventory optimization strategies.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory control.
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems and basic data reporting.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Production Planning, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production control or material planning (manufacturing environment preferred).
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is a strong plus)
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese is preferred to liaise with cross-border teams or suppliers.
