We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our growing manufacturing team for Materials Department in the following roles:

  • Production / Material Control Specialist
  • Procurement Specialist
  • Warehouse Specialist

1. Production / Material Control Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules based on sales orders and forecasts.
  • Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of jobs.
  • Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate urgent orders or changes in demand.
  • Track daily production status and coordinate with teams to resolve bottlenecks or delays.
  • Submit regular production reports and highlight potential risk areas.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Inventory teams to align production with supply chain capabilities.
  • Analyze production data to optimize equipment utilization, manpower, and resource allocation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in production planning or control.
  • Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

2. Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with production planners to understand material requirements and create procurement plans.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best terms and quality.
  • Monitor and manage supplier performance, delivery timelines, and compliance with specifications.
  • Track delivery schedules and coordinate with relevant departments to meet production needs.
  • Maintain procurement records and update supplier databases.
  • Analyze market trends and cost factors to optimize purchasing strategies.
  • Work closely with warehouse and inventory teams to avoid shortages or excess.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing.
  • Familiar with ERP systems and procurement processes.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

3. Warehouse Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain safety stock levels.
  • Track material usage and report discrepancies.
  • Organize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.
  • Use ERP systems to update stock levels, generate inventory reports, and support audits.
  • Collaborate with production and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Analyze stock turnover rates and propose inventory optimization strategies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Certificate in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory control.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory systems and basic data reporting.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Production Planning, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in production control or material planning (manufacturing environment preferred).
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.)
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is a strong plus)
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese is preferred to liaise with cross-border teams or suppliers.
