Job summary

Arrow Electronics Penang is seeking a Materials Planner to manage inventory pipelines for low to medium complex demand and ensure uninterrupted supply.

You will review backlog and shortage reports, prepare Arrow-generated forecasts for e-compass, and maintain bonds to keep stock available, with supervision as needed. This role suits someone with 2–4 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree, preferably Mandarin-speaking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience.
• Mandarin speaking is preferred.
• Strong inventory planning and forecasting skills.
• Experience with backlog and shortage reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and pipeline inventory for low to medium complex demand.
• Review backlog and shortage reports to ensure inventory availability.
• Prepare forecasts for e-compass and manage exceptions.
• Maintain bonds to ensure uninterrupted inventory.
• Work under limited supervision and assist colleagues.
