Job summary

Flex is seeking a Material Planning Analyst (Inventory) to join our Senai, Johor team. You will ensure material supply for production, coordinate with multiple departments, and monitor demand patterns to optimize inventory levels.

The role requires a degree in a related discipline and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with a background in electronic manufacturing and strong report-writing skills. We offer an inclusive, growth-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field.
• Experience with report writing and electronic manufacturing background.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
• Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, supplier payments, etc.
• Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.
• Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
• Liaising with customers, program, buyers.
• Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
