Job summary

Flex is seeking a Material Planning Analyst (Inventory) in Senai, Johor to support production with materials and ensure supply chain efficiency.

You will coordinate with production, buyers and other departments, track demand patterns and manage inventory, scheduling, and delivery to meet production goals. Minimum 3 years' experience and degree in related field are required.

Qualifications

• Possesses a Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory planning.
• Inventory analysis capability, MRP logic, analytical thinking and strong mathematics.

Responsibilities

What a typical day looks like:

• Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
• Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, supplier payments, etc.
• Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.
• Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
• Liaising with customers, program, buyers
• Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Possesses a Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Candidates with inventory analysis capability, MRP logic, analytical thinking, good mathematics
• Skills Required: Report writing, Electronic Manufacturing background
