Job Purpose

Ensure the efficient flow of production operations through scheduling, planning, and monitoring of operations.

Job Description
  1. Coordinate the production workflow for one or multiple production streams.
  2. Determine resources (human, equipment, raw materials) needed to meet production demands.
  3. Plan and prioritize operations to avoid delays and optimize performance.
  4. Assign staff to production operations in collaboration with managers.
  5. Develop production schedules and shifts; monitor jobs to ensure timely delivery.
  6. Identify potential issues, gather output information, and report results.
  7. Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
You Are Meant For This Job If
  1. You hold a technical bachelor’s degree in production planning.
  2. You have approximately 8 years of relevant experience.
  3. You are capable of working in a dynamic and complex environment.
